The following document has been drawn up taking into account the legal and regulatory provisions regarding the diversity of corporate bodies, the peculiarity and complexity of the sector in which GHC operates as well as the results of the self-assessment process carried out by the Company's Board of Directors over the years, and is addressed in particular to the subjects involved in the selection and appointment process of the members of the Company's Board of Directors.
