Mrs. Sonia Peron has obtained a degree in Business and Economics at the University of Bologna and then a Law degree at the University of Parma. 

She is enrolled on the register of public accountants of Padua and in the Register of the Statutory Auditors. 

She's been doing for years university teaching and she is currently Adjunt Professor of Economics and Corporate Organization at the University of Bologna, Department of Managerial Engineering. 

She is member of the Audit Commettee for SANEDIL (Fondo Nazionale di Assistenza Sanitaria Integrativa per i lavoratori dell'Ediliza - Roma), ANRA (Associazione Nazionale Risk Manager - Milano) and FORMEDIL (Ente Nazionale per la Formazione e l'Addestramento Professionale in Edilizia - Roma). Since 2018  she is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SOGEFI SpA, company of the CIR Group, listed in the Stock Exchange of Milan, in the STAR segment.

Mr. Alessandro Musaio is a professor at the "LUISS Guido Carli" University of Rome, Faculty of Economics, within the disciplinary scientific group SECS-P / 07—Business Administration. 

He is a professor of Business Administration and is currently holding the course of accounting and financial statements. 

Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and of accounting auditors, he has served as consultant, chairman and member of administrative and control bodies in several companies, both listed and not-listed, operating in various sectors (inter alia, food, large-scale retail trade, real estate, I.C.T., publishing, tourism, health) including Vincenzo Zucchi S.p.A., Faber Industries S.p.A. and Credito Cooperativo Mediocrati Soc. Coop.

Ms. Francesca di Donato is associate professor of Business Administration at the "LUISS Guido Carli" University of Rome. She has developed numerous professional experiences in different sectors and she has served, and still serves, as a member of the board of statutory auditors of several joint-stock companies, including CDP Reti S.p.A., Banca Caripe, Gamenet Group S.p.A. and Technogym S.p.A.. 

She deals with extraordinary transactions, evaluations of companies and corporate holdings, banks and banking groups in the context of extraordinary transactions, capital transactions and financial restructuring, transactions on regulated markets, management control activities, performance measurement, evaluations of internal control systems and risk analysis and business planning.

Mr. Andrea Bonelli holds a degree in Business and Economics and since 1996 he has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants, as well as in the Register of Auditors. 

He holds a master degree in Business Tax Law and an EMIAS Master Degree in International Accounting Standards at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. 

He is also lecturer of university courses and seminars and has been a professor in the Scuola Superiore di Economia e Finanze “Ezio Vanoni”. He is member of the scientific committee of the Roman Academy of Accountancy “Giorgio Giulio Maria”, of the scientific committee of the Institute for Corporate Governance, as well as of the Commission “Legal Review” of the Association of Chartered Accountants in Rome. 

He  holds positions as Chairman of the Board of Statuatory Auditors and Statuatory Auditor of listed companies and is an expert in corporate restructuring. He is a contributing editor for the "Sole 24 Ore", the “Quotidiano online” and in the magazine “Corriere Tributario” published by IPSOA.

Mr. Marco Salvatore obtained a degree in Economics and Business at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and he is member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 1994 and in the Register of Auditors. 

He has been mainly involved in corporate and tax advisory for industrial companies, as well as in oprations of generational transition and estate planning on behalf of HNWI private clients. 

He has also collaborated in the study and implementation of numerous transactions inolving the acquisition and sale of shareholdings, mergers and demergers, contribution, sale of companies, also on behalf of major national and multinational groupes, including ArcelorMittal group, Brembo Group, BS Private Equity Group, Condesa Group, Gewiss Group, Sodexo Group. 

Mr. Salvatore holds the position of non-executive Director and Statutory Auditor in various financial, industrial and commercial companies, as well as Director of the Milan Foundation of Chartered Accountants.
