In 2022 GHC received an investment grade EE (“Strong”) rating on environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) issues from Standard Ethics Ltd., an independent agency that issues extra-financial sustainability ratings. This rating is an improvement over the previous EE- ("Adequate") level assigned by Standard Ethics in 2020 and 2021.

The rating assigned by Standard Ethics represents an independent assessment that expresses the level of adherence to the voluntary institutional and international indications on sustainability (and related governance aspects) from the United Nations (UN), the Organization for Cooperation and Economic Development (OECD) and the European Union (EU). In the case of the rating assigned to GHC, Standard Ethics argued that GHC strategies are, in general, aligned with voluntary indications from the UN, OECD and EU and the process of implementing ESG policies is characterized by constant attention to innovation by management.
